My most read bible I purchased this bible over a year ago and have been unable to put it down since. This chronological bible is so helpful in understanding the full counsel of God as it puts all of the events of the bible in sequential order. For example: when David is being chased by Saul, the editors insert the Psalm that David wrote while he was being chased by Saul. I have a greater understanding of God's word by reading this bible. The other aspect of the bible that I think is indispensible is that it lists all of the Proverb verses by subject. For example: If you are struggling with anger, then you can go to the Proverb section on anger and see 6 or 7 verses that deal with anger. Very helpful. I just purchased two more of these bibles for some friends. This is a terrific bible for a new believer (I wish I had received this bible as a new Christian)!
